Challenge.
Combine account management and voice services — two traditionally separate systems — into one elegant mobile product.
Comcast provides a range of powerful business services to a growing mobile-first customer base. They needed an all-in-one app that let customers manage their phone, internet, and TV services anytime, anywhere. The hard part wasn't building a mobile app — it was unifying two fundamentally different service systems (account management and voice telephony) into a single, cohesive product experience.

We designed and built the Comcast Business App for iOS and Android — giving customers the ability to manage all their business services from one place. Whether they're paying bills, adjusting settings across multiple locations, making calls, or hosting audio conferences, it all lives in one clean, intuitive interface. The result earned a 4.3 App Store rating across 6,500+ reviews, and became the product Comcast's VP of Product Design called the solution to a problem they hadn't been able to crack.

Combining these two service types into one product was the core challenge, and the reason the app stands apart.
