Hexa|Custom had built a remarkable production capability — fully customized outdoor gear, made to order, in any quantity, delivered in under three weeks. The challenge was translating that capability into a responsive customization platform and order management system that made the complexity feel effortless for distributors placing orders ranging from 1 to 1,000+ units.

We designed and built a platform centered on an innovative Canvas-based rendering engine that changes jacket colors in real time — giving customers the most accurate preview possible before they order. With up to 7 billion possible combinations, an intuitive customization interface, and an order management system built for bulk group sales, the platform makes a complex process feel instant and effortless. We also developed the Hexa|Custom brand identity from scratch to match the premium quality of the product and the experience.
