Reimagine an eCommerce presence for a brand whose mission is bigger than its product catalog.
Ruffwear — the Oregon-based performance dog-gear manufacturer — needed more than a website refresh. Their mission says it all: "Inspire exploration for outdoor adventurers and their human companions." The challenge was building an online presence that lived up to that mission — one that inspired dog owners and their trail buddies to be curious, take the first step, and start down their own road less traveled — while still being a highly functional eCommerce platform for a large, diverse product catalog.

A clean, photography-forward design system captures the lighthearted spirit of the brand without ever getting in the way of shopping. Smart navigation, intuitive product filters, and a purpose-built size selector for fit-dependent products like harnesses and collars make the catalog easy to explore. Motion design adds brand personality throughout.
